ESI presentation at Böll-Foundation

Marcus Cox gave a presentation at a Boell Foundation event in Berlin on 10 February on lessons from Bosnia-Herzegovina for international approaches to state-building. He spoke about the dilemmas of using international authority in a fragile democracy, and the challenges of building institutions which are based on real interests.
