ESI and the International Commission on the Balkans

ESI senior analysts Gerald Knaus (in Belgrade, July 2004, and in Sarajevo, November 2004) and Kristof Bender (in Skopje in October) were invited to brief the members of the International Commission on the Balkans on developments in Bosnia, Kosovo and Macedonia. The IC on the Balkans, chaired by Guiliano Amato, includes among others Carl Bildt, Richard von Weizsäcker, Goran Svilanovic, Bruce Jackson, J. Potocnik, Francois Heisbourg and Alex Rondos.
