2nd presentation of ESI's ideas to COWEB

In March 2003 ESI was invited by the Greek EU presidency to present its proposals for the Thessaloniki summit to the EU Council on the Western Balkans (COWEB). Furthermore, ESI held presentations at a regional meeting organised by the Macedonian president on 16th March and at a Public Hearing of the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs, Human Rights, Common Security and Defense Policy in Brussels on 18 March 2003.
